Reverend Bertha Crear Memorial Bench Fundraiser

Rev. Bertha Crear

Church of Peace, A Spiritualist Center is dedicated to the research of Spiritualism.  Through our research we discovered that the Rev. Bertha Crear. the First Black American Spiritualist to hold credentials with the National Spiritualist Association and Spiritualist National Union in 1922. We were able to gather information about her and her contributions to Spiritualism. While researching, we discovered that there was only a cement number marking her burial spot in Columbus, Ohio. This saddened us.  We decided to have a fundraiser to purchase her a memorial bench, that will be placed at the Hydesville Memorial park.

If you feel moved to contribute, you can PayPal: churchofpeacespiritual@gmail.com

The ultimate goal is $2,500 for the Memorial Bench that will be placed in Hydesville Memorial Park, the birthplace of Modern Spiritualism.

Thank you in advance!!
